Conor McGregor takes aim at Logan Paul in social media rant after Dillon Danis disqualification

Conor McGregor has reacted on social media after Dillon Danis was disqualified for attempting to use a guillotine choke move on Logan Paul during their Misfits boxing bout.

Paul was announced as the winner of the fight by disqualification after a bout which saw him land the overwhelming majority of the offence.

Danis' attempted move sparked a brawl between both fighters and their entourages, with the fight ending in chaos.

After his victory was confirmed via disqualification, WWE star Paul called out McGregor, who Danis has often coached and trained alongside, after the fight - and the Irishman certainly wasn't shy in making his feelings known on social media afterwards.

Taking to X (Twitter), the UFC star began: "I tell you what, I tell you what. It was better than Nate Diaz doing it anyway!

"That was a show, yeah!"

McGregor then posted a longer video, in which he took aim at Paul.

He was initially complementary of Paul's boxing, saying he was 'impressed' by the fight, and that some of Paul's shots were 'alright' and that he needed to 'believe in his little shots' more.

But he added: "What did your man do anyway? You didn't wobble him, you didn't hurt him. You little fool.

"Are you in a dark spot? Guess what, mate - you're back in a dark spot. Back into the locker room with your one. You've done nothing, lad."

Paul had earlier called out McGregor after the fight, shouting: "Conor McGregor - you see that? I took your b***, put him on a leash and took him for a walk.

"Who's the real fighter now, bro?"

The YouTube star is yet to respond to McGregor's comments - but Danis did repost the Irishman's response to his own X (Twitter) account.
