Man Utd duo Rasmus Hojlund and Christian Eriksen pull out of Denmark squad as injury update provided

Manchester United duo Rasmus Hojlund and Christian Eriksen have been forced to withdraw from the Denmark squad after suffering injuries against Luton.
The Red Devils made it four wins out of their last five Premier League games against Luton on the weekend, snatching a 1-0 victory thanks to Victor Lindelof's second-half strike.
However, the result was marred by the sight of both Eriksen and Hojlund limping off the pitch. The pair have since pulled out of their country's Euro 2024 qualifying games against Slovenia and Northern Ireland.
The Denmark national team confirmed the news on Twitter, stating that Napoli's Jesper Lindstrøm and Jens Stryger Larsen have been selected in their place.

Hojlund will be particularly missed by manager Kasper Hjulmand, having plundered seven goals during Denmark's Euro qualifying campaign so far, joint-third most with England's Harry Kane.
While he put an end to a run of six games without a goal against FC Copenhagen, scoring a brace during a 4-3 defeat in their Champions League clash.
Providing an update on the 20-year-old after the Luton game, Ten Hag told reporters: “In this moment I can’t say anything about it because we don’t know.
“We do an assessment but have to wait 24 hours to see what is the problem, if there is a problem.”
Ten Hag also issued an update on Eriksen, insisting he hadn't twisted his knee as initially thought, but had actually slipped and would require a similar assessment to his international teammate.
"No, he slipped but it is the same," said Ten Hag. "We have to do an assessment, a diagnosis and then the conclusion.”
The United boss will hope that both players will recover in time for their trip to Goodison Park on November 26, as they prepare to face Everton in the Premier League.
